While we no longer provide direct to customer installation Nixon Electric now provides consultation services to other electrical contractors.

Services include:

• Project management, experienced project manager who can run any project, big or small, from start to finish. From per-construction meetings, RFIs, RCOs, lien releases, to turning in O&Ms.

• Specialty Transitions, we have helped companies transition from residential only to include commercial work. Our team can run projects while training your staff how to correctly bill, file intent to liens, provide monthly lien releases and all the details that can make working in the commercial field frustrating.

Billing is easy with either hourly rates or a set weekly fee depending on the project size. There are many advantages to using part time project management as you won’t have to worry about adding anyone to payroll, health care, or other costs associated with the extra work. Work can be adjusted to as much or as little is needed.
